Dear KYOnline Customers...

We at KYOnline are constantly working to improve our service to you.  We are concerned that our KYOnline email services is not as good as it could be.  To address that we have moved to a new server with expanded capabilities -  more storage - faster connections - improved virus / SPAM filters. We switched over around 10PM CST Tuesday evening.

Your access to you mail should be the same as it was before.   Whatever tool you use for reading your mail should work the same as it does now and no mail should be lost in the switch over.  There is a possibility that some mail may get orphaned for a bit - left behind on the old server.  We have plans and tools at the ready to retrieved that mail. The old server is not going away for a while, so we can always work with you to get any mail that may have been left there.

For your convenience here are the mail settings for Outlook / Express email.  The webmail button on our KYOnline.net web page will point to the new server.

Incoming Mail Server (pop): mail.kyonline.net
Outgoing Mail Server (smtp): mail.kyonline.net  port 26
My Server Requires Authentication: yes
